Jabari Brown scored a game-high 21 points, and Alex Oriakhi cleaned up inside the paint with 18 points and 12 rebounds as No. 22 Mizzou (15-4 overall, 4-2 SEC) coasted to an 81-59 win Saturday over Vanderbilt at Mizzou Arena.
