Oh, I don't know. I call it precedent. LSU lost to Kentucky and Arkansas in 2007 and was the undisputed national champion......which one is bigger BS?

To be fair, Les Miles does LSU absoltuely no favors by being their coach. Its hard to dispute they should have really played Jarret Lee. If they have anyone other than Les Miles or Rich Rodriguez as their coach, they would have been good enough for another NC in this current streak.
