I would have been fine if it was a two minute minor although I don't even think it should have been that. The fact that they give a game misconduct and major to our best player is absolutely crazy.

I'm in the same boat...2 minutes I guess I could have lived with. Personally, I think it was just a heck of a hit. Refs were calling ticky tack stuff all night though. The 5 minute deal is what set me off. Had that not have been called, I'd be willing to bet we at least get it to OT and get a point if nothing else.

2nd shootout win in a row. We've now played 8 games and 5 have gone to OT. I used to say that a team should exploit the 3 point games by trying to force every game into OT and then take their chances at winning then. The 2013 Preds seem to be heading that way.

Loving the rookie Dougie Hamilton. We have a very balanced team, playing very physical, and outside that crap we dropped against Buffalo this has been a really impressive start. Still wish we had Tim Thomas but Rask is filling in nicely.
