Elston Turner scored a career-high 40 points to lead Texas A&M (12-3, 2-0 SEC) to a huge 83-71 win over Kentucky Saturday afternoon at historic Rupp Arena.

Well, congrats Aggies fans; that's 2 sports where you guys have beaten the SEC old guard teams in their own houses.

Now for the bad news... you probably have some targets drawn on your backs in permanent marker. ;)

That was only the 12th time we've ever lost an SEC home opener in history.  Enjoy it A&M...the rest of these guys will tell ya just how hard it is to get a W at Rupp.

This team....I just don't know what I'll do if we lose to Tennessee....

I argue that your win over UofL in the NCAA tourney did way more damage to UK than this win. But, I get it. Enjoy it.

Turner was a stud, no doubt, but your other guys stepped up and hit some big shots too.

But, that win won't get you much, unless UK wins a lot more the rest of the way. It's barely a quality win now.
