So FSU has now hired Randy Sanders and Sal Sunseri this year as assistants.  Wow.  I would've thought FSU could do better than that.

Why?
They have made some questionable hires that is for sure.
Lost 3 of their best 4 recruiters too, but gained a couple of good ones.

I'm not sure what to make of it yet.
Next year will probably be the worst team Jimbo has fielded so far regardless of the hires, just based on the way things have worked out so far.

Even if they are not what they used to be they are still a "name" program and will be top 25 team most years based on good recruiting territory  and a fairly easy conference.

Yes, for the foreseeable future.
I just meant that they are looking at a paper 9-3 year.

With the talent available to them and the conference they play in, they should NEVER lose more than 3 games.

You and I may disagree over the current status of our basketball team but we are in a COMPLETE agreement over this bit of news.

Randy Sanders is a joke higher.  He ran the offense for Kentucky and you know what his play calls were? Bubble screen, slip screens, slot screen, screen to the graduate assistant, screen to the homeless guy near Rupp Arena, you get the point.

As long as he doesn't do any play calling in ANY capacity, it won't be that bad of a hire but its not exactly a "wow" hire either.

He got word of how bad he was being trashed on our message boards. He knew he wouldn't be accepted.

It's funny, because everyone seems to be a good position coach at Alabama.
