If you are ok with bull rushing every play, then its great. Also, let somebody else pick the personnel that gets to actually play...

This.
Wilson appears to play older guys even if younger players have more talent and ability.

You'll find that none of us are particularly upset. He's an adequate defensive line coach, but he is an excellent recruiter. If he can get y'all some top-notch Fletcher Cox-type defensive line talent, he'll be great, but he doesn't do a great job of coaching em up.
