I want to congratulate the OP on finding the perfect method of ensuring he gets off to the worst possible start as a member of this site. Perhaps only by claiming he likes to blow under aged pubescent boys or describing his opinion on how radical Islam is better than 'Merica could he have failed in a more spectacular fashion. Bravo, sir... bravo indeed.

FOURever what are you saying?  Yes, the Jayhawks had a bad season.  Please explain how that has any relevance what so ever on whether or not the SEC is having an off year.

I'm saying that you guys should probably worry about beating Rice or any FBS team for that matter before you worry about other teams that are winning 8 or 10 games and dropping a bowl game.

I would think at this point that simply being in a bowl game would be impressive enough for kansas fans

SEC fans don't claim to be invincible (well, Bama fans might, but that's a different discussion)

I think if you look at the 2 losses, we've all known for a while that Miss St isn't among the conference elite. But what does that say if the "bottom dwellers" are bowl eligible and winning a lot of games?

The LSU loss is maybe the most surprising, but I also think Clemson just has a fantastic offense.
that stung a little...

I don't even know if bama fans can claim to be invincible.  They did get beat by a team that was what the 4th best team in the state of Texas last year.  I know they are a totally different team with Johnny football, but what would you be saying if say Vanderbilt moved to the big 12 and did as well as TA&M.

No cocky4ever I'm not trash talking.  I'm not trying to insult the SEC or its fans, I'm just having a conversation.

If they win a conference game, it is a big accomplishment for them.

Then tell us which conference is close to the SEC...since we're just talking.

This sums up Kansas' football team. They practice celebrating by kicking a game winning field goal during practice. The only problem is they missed. Watch the video, it is hilarious.

My opinion about football isn't invalid because I pull for a bad football team and nor are you smarter because you pull for a better football team.  That is a really basic logical fallacy.
