Herschel you're right, the SEC isn't doing poorly when you judge them at a normal level.  What I meant was that they are not showing that they are above and beyond all other teams.

So poorly in bowl games??

Only AQ conferences with better win % are the big east and acc. Are you saying those conferences are better?

SEC fans don't claim to be invincible (well, Bama fans might, but that's a different discussion)

I think if you look at the 2 losses, we've all known for a while that Miss St isn't among the conference elite. But what does that say if the "bottom dwellers" are bowl eligible and winning a lot of games?

The LSU loss is maybe the most surprising, but I also think Clemson just has a fantastic offense.

Is this what fans of other conferences have to stoop to in order to be able to trash talk?

"Well...I mean you're clearly the best conference, but you're not completely unstoppable. Ha!! Suck on that!"

FOURever what are you saying?  Yes, the Jayhawks had a bad season.  Please explain how that has any relevance what so ever on whether or not the SEC is having an off year.

He is saying that you have no room to talk about football dominance because you haven't won a conference game since like 2010.
