I can only think of about 3 other QBs (all of which are considered "mobile QBs") that could do what Romo does behind such a terrible offensive line.

people make so many excuses for romo. the fact is hes just an average QB. hes not terrible, but hes not a top 10 QB either

Romo isn't the problem? Your defense gives the offense a short field to work with and Romo immediately turns it over. How is he not a problem? He's ALWAYS been a problem. You're only as good as your QB and Romo defines mediocre.
