I have to assume that not all Ole Miss fans are like the ones who post on SECTalk.
You can't seriously talk so much trash about how terrible MSU is and how they are so insignificant and then get all wired up about little stuff.
You can't claim LSU is your biggest rival when LSU doesn't even care about you, and especially when you tear down the effing goalposts after a win against MSU.
These kinds of things only make sense in Oxford.

I mean, it's to the point where my body involuntarily forces me to roll my eyes when I see an Ole Miss poster trash talking LSU or making fun of how "classless" Mullen is.

Some Rebs act like OM v MSU is on the same level as Tennessee v Vandy.
Just crazy talk.

F$U is our little brother, but I think there are multiple times that goalposts have been torn down by Gators in Gainesville AND in Tallahassee when we won.
Difference is that UF fans have never tried to claim they weren't very significant.
They might be a secondary rival, but it is a very close call for most of the fanbase.

Bottom line is that most of (or maybe just the most outspoken) Ole Miss posters here have been degrading Mississippi State so badly for so long that it looks ridiculous for fans to tear down goalposts.
