I mean he has been there since Croom right? Why leave when you're not getting a pay raise and no position upgrade from Auburn?

Why has he moved around any other time in his career? Aside from the jump from HS to college and the move from Div II to Div I, the guy has never moved up the coaching ranks. Counting TAMU the guy has coached at fully 1/3 the teams in the SEC over the last 20 years. Every job has a point where it's just time to move on, even in coaching...
