Just wondering if anyone here got or has asked for anything related to your team? I got

an early gift today, the new white helmet to match the gold one I already had.

Can any State fan give Hogan tickets to the Gator Bowl....Hogan could fly in after the MCB and Vandy's 9th victory of the season.

Yeah.  I was becoming a fat arse.  So about a year ago I downloaded MyFitnessPal app, started working out everyday, doing the elipitical 3 night's a week, and running 3 night a week. So far I down 30 pounds and want to drop another 10.

I envy you. I want to get a routine going but I think I'm allergic to exercise. lolol

Small steps. I highly recommend MyFitnessPal. It is a great app and will make think about what you are eating with going on a diet.

Got a new Bama belt so far, the nice leather one the coaches wear. A logo too...none of the elephant shat.

Sure I'll get more in a couple days.
