No way...Americans can't stand the fact that only pussies play.

Didn't the last two elections teach you anything, granddad?

The America you thought existed is long gone. Wave bye-bye

American athletes play football or basketball.

Of course it will gain a little popularity but the USA sports fans cannot get into such a boring display of sport.  And the flopping that is such a part of the game is humiliating.

The day LeBron James plays striker for team USA is the day I believe you on this.

Btw...I played soccer until I was 19 because I was scared to play football.  Lol

He does it every day...on PS3. Tons of American pro athletes are playing soccer video games.

If they like it, you can safely assume the youth are nuts about it

Soccer is not boring at all. It is constant back and forth action. You can't miss a second of the game.

Back and forth where nothing happens.

And you can miss a second of the game. I've missed every second of every soccer game.

Two weeks ago I literally missed 10 seconds and I missed a goal in the Man U Man City game.

I don't know about basketball, but baseball's days are numbered.  Traveling youth leagues are killing it now.  Its going to slowly approach lacrosse as a sport that only rich kids in the suburbs play.
